D4S HID Bulb (Pair) — OEM Philips/Osram Replacement

D4S is the factory HID bulb fitted to most Lexus, Toyota, Mazda, Subaru and Honda vehicles built after 2007. Our D4S bulbs are most often used to replace Philips 42402 or Osram 66440. If one or both of your stock D4S xenon headlights has gone dim, pink, or out completely, you likely need only need to replace the bulb — not the whole headlight assembly or ballast. Swap bulbs from left to right to be sure.  Our D4S replacement bulbs are OEM-spec 35W, run cool, and are colour-matched as a pair so both headlights look identical on the road. Installation is plug and play with no ballast change required. Not sure if your vehicle uses D4S? D4S and D2S look similar, and have the same base style, but are not interchangeable — check the printing on your old bulb, or see our factory HID bulb guide. D4S is a mercury-free update to the original D2S bulb, but changing between the two requires changing ballasts and offers no performance benefit.

Our bulbs are available in all colours, with the original 4300K being the brightest, and lumen output decreasing as kelvin increases. D4R bulbs are often confused with D4S bulbs. If your vehicle had factory HID in reflector housings, make sure you do not need D4R HID replacement bulbs instead.
