D3S HID to LED Conversion Kit

Looking for a brighter plug and play solution for a factory D3S HID headlight? For most of our customers, we recommend a factory D3S HID replacement bulb, which offers a perfect beam pattern and restores the brightness the vehicle had when it was new. But what if we want more? This D3S LED conversion kit upgrade increases light output above and beyond what any D3S HID bulb can do without needing to change ballasts or modify any wiring. Our top-of-the-line LED conversion kit features the latest CREE XHP-50 LED diodes. These conversion kits produce over 4200 lumens per bulb and are plug and play into all D3S housings. They have identical fitment and connections as your factory HID bulb, and will work even if the capacitors on your factory ballast have failed.

Other LED products on the market have high failure rate in engine bay environments. Some have large heatsinks that require extensive modifications to headlight housings.

A LED Conversion kit is required for every pair of lights you wish to convert to LED. These kits are fully compatible with PWM, Daytime running lights, automatic headlight systems, and can accept input voltages of both 12v and 24v. These LEDs are shock proof and dust proof, and meet or exceed IEC standard 60529 and have E4, E11 ratings, made in ISO:9006 compliant facilities.
