-IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you will not be home during delivery, please request "hold for pickup" directly from the carrier on the tracking website or by phone, otherwise the carrier may at their discretion do a "safe drop." AbsoluteHID accepts no responsibility for packages after they are delivered.

 -AbsoluteHID processes orders in the order they are received. Orders received before 8:30AM will generally be processed same business day.  If your order is urgent, please contact a salesperson to see what arrangements can be made. Purolator Express is overnight to most urban centres Canada-wide.

-AbsoluteHID collects and remits sales tax as defined by the Canadian tax code. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax, but may be charged duties or other import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

-As orders are processed automatically when they are received, and it is generally not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

-Orders may be returned or exchanged for up to 14 days provided they are in new condition. Returns have a 30% restocking fee. Exchanges have no restocking fee.
