Política de reembolso

-Exchanges and returns are possible only on products in new condition within 14 days of purchase.  Returns due to vehicle incompatibility as confirmed by OUR technicians have a 0% restocking fee. All other returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping charges are paid directly to Canada Post and are non-refundable.

-Orders are processed automatically as they are received. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed, but it can be returned/exchanged.

-Local pickup orders not collected within 2 weeks will be charged a restocking fee and cancelled. Extensions are possible on a case by case basis.
