We at AbsoluteHID Canada have always strived to be your go-to source for all things automotive lighting. From out factory replacement HID bulbs to our LED conversions, we’ve been proud to help light up your life. But alas, all good things must come to an end, or at least take a minor detour down a dimly lit side street.
We are terribly, profoundly, immensely, and utterly sorry to announce that we will no longer be shipping to the USA. Yep, you read that right. The big, bold, bald eagle-decked packages of Canadian automotive lighting goodness will no longer be making their cross-border journeys. We know—it's a tragedy of Shakespearean proportions, especially if Shakespeare had written about headlights instead of Hamlet.
“But what about my warranties?” you might shout at your computer screen in a darkened garage. Fear not, for we’ve got you covered. While online ordering will be offline (yeah, we know—ironic, isn't it?), existing customers will still have access to warranty services and replacement parts. Just reach out directly to our staff, and we’ll handle it personally. It's like curbside pickup but for car parts and without the curb.
We're sorry, really, we are. In fact, we're more sorry than a moose apologizing for accidentally stepping on your toe with its big ol' hooves. We would send you an apology bouquet of LED bulbs if that was a thing. But, unfortunately, some things just aren’t meant to be. Like ordering online from us if you're in the USA.
We know this may leave your headlights dim, your taillights dimmer, and your fog lights…well, foggy. But hey, think of it as an opportunity to get creative! Who needs pristine, top-of-the-line automotive lighting when you can embrace the natural ambiance of streetlights and occasional lightning? And, if it all goes dark, just remember: nothing says “unique customization” like driving by the light of your GPS screen.
We’re sorry to see this change take place, and we’re even sorrier that we can’t keep lighting up your rides directly from our shelves. But as long as your car can still find its way home (preferably without being mistaken for a bicycle due to poor illumination), then our job here is done.
