AbsoluteHID Canada Warranty

At AbsoluteHID Canada, we stand behind every HID and LED kit we sell. We've been serving Canadian drivers since 2008, and our warranty reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.


Warranty Coverage

All HID and LED conversion kits and replacement bulbs purchased from AbsoluteHID Canada are covered by our product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

  • HID Conversion Kits: 1-year warranty on ballasts and bulbs
  • LED Conversion Kits: 1-year warranty on LED bulbs and drivers
  • Replacement Bulbs: 1-year warranty on manufacturer defects

Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.


 

Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty is available at a cost of 75$ per order. Contact us at any time before your 1 year warranty expires to purchase.


What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal operating conditions
  • Defective components (ballasts, drivers, bulbs) upon arrival or within the warranty period

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Physical damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (e.g., flooding, ice, severe cold)
  • Products modified or tampered with after purchase
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Vehicle incompatibility issues (see our 14-Day Exchange Policy below)

14-Day Exchange Policy

Not sure if the kit fits your vehicle? No problem. We offer a 14-day exchange policy with 0% restocking fee. If the product doesn't fit your vehicle, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll help you find the right fit. 

Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging to qualify for an exchange.


14-Day Return Policy

Changed your mind? We offer a 14-day return policy with 30% restocking fee for all retail purchases. Shipping charges are not refunded, and the customer is required to return our products to us in person or at their cost in new condition.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Visit our self-service warranty claim page or arrange a visit to our warehouse in person.
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps — typically a replacement or exchange.
