In browsing our site and/or purchasing from AbsoluteHID Canada you agree you have read, understood and agree to the following terms:


-Exchanges and returns are possible only on new, uninstalled products in new condition.  Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, unless vehicle incompatibility is determined by our technicians.  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless a mistake was made in order fulfillment in which case AbsoluteHID will cover all related shipping costs. 

-Warranty applies only to components purchased directly from AbsoluteHID. Warranty orders may be subject to shipping. We reserve the right to ask for a customer to return the defective component to receive warranty service.

-HID components are defective when they do not perform as expected with 12V constant power applied to them. If HID's flicker because there is intermittant power, voltage drop or spikes or other problems with the power coming from the vehicle, this is an installation issue and is not covered under warranty. Ask us about how CANBUS cansolve these problems. Warm up times listed in product descriptions are best case scenarios. Customers concearned about delay in HID performance should discuss LED with our technicians.

-Warranty covers ONLY components purchased directly from AbsoluteHID Canada. AbsoluteHID reserves the right to refund the additional charge for and cancel lifetime warranty where there are issues unrelated to the kit causing repeated failures. If fraudulent warranty claims are recieved, warranty will be cancelled WITHOUT reimbursement. 

-AbsoluteHID strongly recmmends professional installation by a licensed mechanic. Customers who chose to install HID's themselves do so at their own peril. AbsoluteHID does not accept any liability for any installation issues whatsoever. A licensed mechanic can help you interpret local laws regarding lighting upgrades. AbsoluteHID tailors its products to meet or exceed all federal and provincial laws, but the onus of confirming legality of any modification is up to the owner and/or installer.

-AbsoluteHID reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage for products that were incorrectly installed, tampered with, or used outside of their operating specifications.

-AbsoluteHID does not accept any liability for any damage caused by our products to any persons, vehicles or property, regardless if through negligence, defect, acts of god or otherwise.

-AbsoluteHID customers who run higher wattage lights than the stock halogen wattage housings support do so at their own peril.

-Any housings, sealed beam conversions, or any other products that are custom ordered from our suppliers and may experience delays and be subject to additional terms.
