Shipping: We ship our packages within Canada using Canada Post Xpresspost. AbsoluteHID strives to ship packages in as timely of a manner as possible, and we ship every day of the week, Monday thru Friday. All packages are shipped insured, any damage as a result of shipping will be as a warranty claim. If for whatever reason a product is not available for immediate shipment, we may be able to ship your product from another warehouse, in the USA, Europe, or China, depending on availability.

Duties: We ship over 99% of products from within Canada, and therefore these items will not incur any duty. In the above described case we ship your product from outside of Canada to expedite delivery, and you are charged any import taxes, simply provide us with the invoice of these fees, and you will be promptly refunded in full.

Rush Order: If you have a car show coming up, or have another urgent reason you need your lighting equipment as soon as possible, let us know, and we will do everything we can to rush your order out. All our products come with warranty.

Returns & Exchanges: If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong product (colour/wattage/bulb type), we will be happy to exchange it for the right one within 14 days of the original purchase. Please note, such an exchange will incur two shipping fees (sending you the correct bulbs, and sending us back the original ones). AbsoluteHID will accept returns for exchange within 7 days of any unopened, unused products. Shipping is non-refundable. We will generally accept returns for other reasons, however, please note, some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
